Renovation of the Existing Bhutan Post Building in Gelephu Mindfulness City

The City Development Office, Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC) is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible consulting firms to participate in the competition for the Renovation of the existing Bhutan Post Building in GMC. The project is scheduled for preparation and implementation from June to December 2025.

Objective of the Assignment

To engage a qualified architectural or multi-disciplinary consulting firm (or joint venture) for the design and renovation of the Bhutan Post Building in a manner that aligns with the principles and aesthetic values of Gelephu Mindfulness City.
