Seow Hiang Lee brings significant expertise in airport development and management, having spent 15 years as the founding CEO of Changi Airport Group following its 2009 incorporation. During his tenure, he led significant projects such as the launch of Singapore’s Terminal 4, major expansions and upgrades of Terminals 1 and 2 and the development of Jewel Changi Airport. Enabled by his leadership experience and insights to how the public and private sectors can collaborate to drive infrastructure development and economic growth, Changi Airport rose to global prominence and has been recognised as the World’s Best Airport multiple times. Concurrently, he served as Deputy Chairman of Changi Airports International, Director of Jewel Changi Airport Holding and Chairman of the Changi Foundation Board. He was also President of Airports Council International’s (ACI) Asia-Pacific Regional Board and a member of the ACI World Governing Board. Earlier in his career, Seow Hiang served as Principal Private Secretary to Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew in Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office, where he gained valuable insights into the planning and management of a rapidly growing, internationally integrated society and economy. Seow Hiang holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
