Applicable Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) and Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) operating in Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC) are required to register with the GFSO’s Gelephu Financial Intelligence and Compliance Centre (GFICC).

All businesses falling within the applicable DNFBP categories must register with GFSO-GFICC before commencing regulated activities in GMC.

GFSO Registration Form for Non Profit Organizations (NPOs)

Applicable NPOs operating in GMC must register with GFSO-GFICC for the purpose of complying with Chapter 16 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Rulebook.
